The 2024 Citrus Showcase of Homes hosted by the Citrus County Building Alliance is just around the corner and we’re featuring two exciting new homes in this year’s event! This self-guided showcase gives buyers an opportunity to tour new construction from some of the best builders in Citrus County and we’re proud to be among this elite group. The two homes we’re featuring will be open to the public from March 8th - 24th, 2024, Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sundays from 12 Noon to 5 p.m.

The David houses our brand new Model Center featuring many of the design options - colors, finishes, and key products like cabinets, flooring, countertops, and appliances - available in our spec homes and custom built homes. The David is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with an open floor plan, split layout, and 1,534 square feet of living space. The large master suite features French doors leading to massive covered lanai that is perfect for enjoying all that Florida life has to offer.

Our McKenzie model is a popular choice for first-time buyers and those looking to downsize from larger family homes.
