Hosted by the Citrus County Building Alliance, this self-guided tour of homes starts Friday, March 7 and runs through Sunday, March 23, 2025. This year, we’re proud to be featuring our stunning David model which has fast become one of the most popular of our 15 models given it’s open and split floor plan, vaulted ceiling, massive lanai, and beautiful master suite. This 3 bed/2 bath home with more than 1,500 square feet of living space is the perfect choice for new homebuyers or people looking to downsize from larger family homes.

The location of this particular David home also houses our model center featuring many of the customization options available to consumers when building with our company. It’s a great way to introduce yourself to our company and talk with our expert team about all that we offer customers looking to build or buy a home. The Citrus Showcase of Homes hours are Mondays through Saturdays from 10 am - 5 pm and on Sundays from 12 pm - 5 pm.
